about the doctor
A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Memphis, Dr. Brian Fann has been practicing dentistry for five years.He is a member of the American Dental Association, American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, Academy of General Dentistry, Tennessee Dental Association, the Columbia Implant Study Club and the Millennium Study Club.
In his spare time, he enjoys golfing, crossword puzzles, listening to jazz music and watching Alabama football games.
He and his wife, Mitzi, have been married for seven years and have one daughter, Lilli Mai.

To stay abreast of the latest improvements in the dental field, our staff members attend the Hinman Dental Meeting and the American Association of Dental Hygiene National Meeting.

Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 24-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment. After missing your second appointment without notifying us 24 hours in advance, you are subject to being charged an additional fee.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.

Charges are payable at the time of treatment. For your convenience, we accept Visa and MasterCard and offer financing options through Care Credit Financing and Capital One Healthcare.We do offer a discount for the prepayment of treatment over $1000. Please ask a member of our staff for details.
We are a preferred provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental. As a courtesy, we will be glad to file insurance claims for you.
